EVENT DETAILS
- 10:30am: Arrival and Registration
- Arrival: Elgin Country Club’s bag handling staff will greet you and handle your bags, ensuring they are placed on the appropriate carts.
- Registration: Located in the Clubhouse foyer.
- Warmups: Practice facility available.
- 11:00am: Lunch Buffet
- 12:00pm: Golf Begins
- Shotgun Start: The Golf Outing will commence with a Shotgun Start.
- Instructions: Provided by the Golf staff on the event format.
- Refreshments: Halfway House and Centennial Patio will open for beverages and snacks on a cash basis.
- 12:00pm-3:00pm: Ladies Event
- We invite ladies to register for a 3-hour structured event focusing on faith, food, and fitness. (More details to come!)
- 4:30pm: Dinner and Evening Program
- Evening Activities: Includes a silent and live auction with vision casting for our athletics department presented by our Head of School, Carlye Hay.
Lunch Buffet
Enjoy a delicious lunch buffet offering:
- Deli Lunch Meats & Cheeses
- Assorted Bakery-Fresh Breads
- Homemade Salads and Potato Chips
- Fresh Fruit
- Assorted Cookies and Brownies
- Beverage Station: Iced tea, lemonade, soda, and water.

Enjoy a meal in the Clubhouse featuring:

- Cash Bar
In case of inclement weather, every reasonable effort will be made to play the event. If cancellation is necessary, all participants will be notified at the earliest time.
Please note the Elgin Country Club has a dress code. Denim, cargo shorts, and sweatshirts are not permitted. Men are required to wear collared shirts on the golf course and in the clubhouse. This dress code applies to all golfers, guests, and volunteers.
