Mr. Harbor begins his role as superintendent in July 2023. Most recently, Mr. Harbor served as the Executive Director for Augustine Classical Academy, Lakewood, CO, and prior to that, he was the Founding Head of School for Colorado Early Colleges, Castle Rock, CO.

Early in his career, he supported Missouri State University and the University of Illinois with academic counseling and then brought his talents to Northwestern University. Mr. Harbor brings vast leadership experience in organizational strategic planning, enrollment growth initiatives, community partnership development, and student affairs to HCA. He believes a solid Christian education sets the foundation for lifelong learning and character development, by equipping students to have the grit to persevere in the world as they live their life serving Christ. His passion is to live out the Word of God as a servant leader who is committed to Biblical principles.

A native Illinoisan, Mr. Harbor earned his BS, MS, and MBA at Missouri State University, where he was also a varsity football team member and four-year letterman. Mr. Harbor has also completed his State of Colorado Administrator Licensure from the University of Colorado.

He and his wife, Nicole, have three children: Luca (9), Liviana (5), and Luna (2). When Mr. Harbor is not at school, you can find him and his wife at their children’s sporting events, coaching, athletic training, or spending quality time with their family exploring the great outdoors.
